7,000 steps!  It may not sound like much, but that's how many I did yesterday.  I have been averaging between 5,000-6,000/school day so my goal for February is 7,000 each week day. My ultimate goal is 10,000/school day, knowing myself, I am starting with 7,000.
The girls in my class this year are at least as good at holding me accountable as my group last year!  The ask me all the time how many steps I've taken.  It is exactly what I need!
