January 1, 2013-A new year once again!  I'm still a wimp on the wimps road to healthy living.  Still a wimp, but still pressing on.  Last year, I lost 18 pounds, did 20 sit-ups & push-ups every weekday morning, took more steps and drank more water.  I didn't accomplish all of the goals I had set for myself, but I did achieve some and am enjoying the results of those.  So this year, I will still be working on the thing that has caused me the most trouble-exercise!  If you have suggestions for taking baby steps toward making exercise a habit, I would really appreciate your help.
So...how did you do this past year?  Were you able to attain some of your goals?  What will you be working on this year?  Let me know so we can encourage and hold each other accountable.
